Wolfgang Dorl studied Physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and he received his diploma in 1978.
After joining Carl Zeiss Jena as a R&D engineer he was engaged in the development of electron beam lithography equipment. After the German reunification this advanced technology found it's new home under the roof of Jenoptik GmbH, where Mr. Dorl run the applications department of the E-Beam Division.
During his 5-year stay in Japan from 1994 - 1999 Mr. Dorl established a Jenoptik subsidiary in Japan and was involved in the introduction of 300mm FOUP technology cleanroom automation. Following his return to Germany Mr. Dorl represented the full semiconductor equipment portfolio for Leica Microsystems as VP Sales Asia Pacific, stationed in Singapore.
After performing the function of a global sales director for e-beam lithography systems, again based in Jena and now operating under the name of Vistec Electron Beam GmbH, Mr. Dorl assumed responsibility for this company as General Manager in November 2006.
Manager Production Vistec Electron Beam GmbH Eckard Schmidt
Eckard Schmidt studied Electronics at the Technical University Magdeburg (Germany) and received his degree (Diploma in Electronics) in 1970. After joining Carl Zeiss Jena as a Service Engineer for geological equipment in 1970, he was engaged in several Service and managerial positions within the company. In 1986 Eckard Schmidt was assigned to head of the production department for electron-beam lithography systems at Carl Zeiss Jena. In 1992 he assumes responsibility as Manager Production for the electron-beam lithography department of Jenoptik Technology and Leica Microsystems. Since 2005 Eckard Schmidt is in charge of Production management at Vistec Electron Beam.
Manager R&D Vistec Electron Beam GmbH Matthias Slodowski
Matthias Slodowski received his master degree (Diploma in Physics) from the Technical University Dresden in 1988. He was involved in the development of several photon based semiconductor metrology systems. Since 2004 he is in charge of R&D management at Vistec Electron Beam acting also as project manager for public funded projects.
Manager Strategic Marketing Vistec Electron BeamGmbH Ines Stolberg
Ines Stolberg studied Physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and received her diploma in 1988. After finishing her studies she was engaged in the development of electron-beam lithography equipment in different positions. Ines Stolberg assumed responsibility for Strategic Marketing within the Vistec Electron Beam Lithography Group in 2004.
