Martyn Ansell is Chief Financial Officer of Vistec Semiconductor Systems, a global leader in the development and manufacture of electron-beam lithography equipment for the semiconductor industry and for nanotechnology research and development. Mr Ansell was named CFO in January 2006 and is responsible for all accounting and financial operations, as well as administering the company's general financial policies and strategies.

Prior to joining Vistec, Mr. Ansell spent over 12 years at Applied Materials where he held a number of senior financial management positions including, most recently, Senior Finance Director of Corporate Business Development where he was responsible for the assessment of potential acquisition targets and executing acquisitions and other strategic investments, technology licenses and strategic alliances. In addition, he held the positions of Controller of the Global Materials and Supply Chain Management Group and Product Division Controller.

In addition, Mr. Ansell has held positions at Coopers & Lybrand, in San Jose, California and Ernst & Young in Bristol, England where he was responsible for the day to day management of audit engagements. His audit clients were in the Hi-Tech and Construction Industries and the Government Sector.

Mr. Ansell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance with Honors, from the Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, England and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ansell is from London, England and resides in Pleasanton, California.

Wolfgang Dorl

Wolfgang Dorl studied Physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena
and he received his diploma in 1978.

After joining Carl Zeiss Jena as a R&D engineer he was engaged in the development of electron beam lithography equipment. After the German reunification this advanced technology found it's new home under the roof of Jenoptik GmbH, where Mr. Dorl run the applications department of the E-Beam Division.

During his 5-year stay in Japan from 1994 - 1999 Mr. Dorl established a Jenoptik subsidiary in Japan and was involved in the introduction of 300mm FOUP technology cleanroom automation. Following his return to Germany Mr. Dorl  represented the full semiconductor equipment portfolio for Leica Microsystems as VP Sales Asia Pacific, stationed in Singapore.

After performing the function of a global sales director for e-beam lithography systems, again based in Jena and now operating under the name of Vistec Electron Beam GmbH, Mr. Dorl assumed responsibility for this company as General Manager in November 2006.

Erwin Mueller

Erwin Mueller studied Electronic Engineering at the "Institut Technique de l`tat" in Eupen and received his diploma in 1973.

After joining Cambridge Instruments Ltd in 1975 as a Service engineer for the SEM and EBeam equipment, he was engaged in several Service, Sales and managerial positions within the company. When Leica Cambridge Ltd and Jenoptik Lithography joint in 1996, Erwin Mueller was assigned to head the European Technical Support Centre in Best near Eindhoven.

While performing the function of the Global Service Director for the Vistec Electron Beam Lithography Group, Erwin Mueller assumes since September 2005 the responsibility as Managing Director for Vistec Lithography B.V. and its subsidiaries.

Ines Stolberg

Ines Stolberg studied Physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and received her diploma in 1988. After finishing her studies she was engaged in the development of electron-beam lithography equipment in different positions. Ines Stolberg assumed responsibility for Strategic Marketing within the Vistec Electron Beam Lithography Group in 2004.
