Matthias Slodowski, General Manager

He received his master's degree (Diploma in Physics) at Technical University Dresden in 1988. From 2004 until 2018 he was in charge of R&D management at Vistec Electron Beam. In 2018 he became General Manager.

Ulf Weidenmüller, Head of Support Center 

He received his master's degree (Diploma in Electrical Engineering) at RWTH Aachen University in 1997. His expertise is in e-beam applications and data preparation for electron-beam lithography. He became Authorized Officer in 2018.

Ines Stolberg, Manager Marketing & Sales 

She studied Physics at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena and received her diploma in 1988. She assumed responsibility for Strategic Marketing within the Vistec Electron Beam Lithography Group in 2004. In 2018 she became Authorized Officer.

Christian Hanke, Head of Finance & Controlling

He joined Vistec as industrial clerk in 1996 and then completed correspondence courses in business administration. He became Authorized Officer in 2012.
